So you're half way there, you're 20 Weeks Pregnant and now not that shy in your maternity clothes—your baby bump is proudly protruding and declaring you're going to be a mom. At 20 weeks pregnant your unborn baby will start to wiggle and kick—your baby may even be experiencing hiccups. Your pregnancy is progressing nicely and its round about now thatyou may also notice more aches and pains. Your lower back and abdomen may start getting sore from your growing tummy. Heartburn andindigestion will be frequent as your expanding uterus starts to allows less space for your stomach. Swelling, may also make your hands and feet uncomfortable, too. All these litlle aches and pains and insignificant when you realise that you're actually 20 Weeks Pregnant.
